There are many activities that a student can engage in, to increase their knowledge, from running a study group to seeking advice and guidance from a personal statement review service, to add to their writing skills. Below are some activities that you can engage in to improve and practice the skills learned in school, get a new hobby and so much more.

a) Run or belong in a study group

You should take advantage of the spare time and no pressure atmosphere that the holidays have to offer. Together with your other friends who would like to do more than just let the summer end without learning one or two things, and form a study group. For a smooth flow of the study group, you should have a goal and a program which accommodates every member.

To make it fun and engaging, you can change the venues for discussions. Try also to incorporate different topics, especially those that you will cover in the subsequent term. It will give you adequate time to read widely and understand different concepts better when the new term begins.

Take a virtual tour. On the D-Day, have different points in the gallery that you purpose to visit. Say, the one who finds a particular sculpture or piece of art first gets a day off from helping around in the house or earns a few bucks. It could be like a treasure hunt. Your kids will be more willing to participate when you make the tour engaging.
